Based in Maidstone, we provide driving instruction intensive courses and refresher training to students of all ages throughout the whole of Maidstone & the surrounding area.

About Us

Trisha cut her teeth in the world of driving instruction in one of the most challenging environments it’s possible to imagine - right in the heart of London’s West End. Despite its famously high volume of everyday traffic, numerous intersections and complexity of one-way systems, Trisha was able to put all her students at ease and enable them to concentrate on developing good driving skills even under the most adverse conditions. As a female instructor in a traditionally male-dominated profession, she never allowed herself (or her students) to be fazed by pressure or intimidated by the erratic or bad driving often indulged in by other road users – she always succeeded in teaching effectively, with confidence and calm.

Amongst the distinguished clients she successfully taught when in London were Lady Rose and Lady Davina Windsor, daughters of the Duchess of Gloucester. Other learners included luminaries from the world of show business such as actress Sarah Parish (of Cutting It and Dr Who fame) and Eastenders star Caroline Paterson (who played Ruth Fowler).

Chris has been a driving instructor since 1990 having trained with The British School of Motoring, the largest organisation of its kind worldwide.

After serving time as an instructor, Chris went on to manage, recruit and train other instructors wishing to join the profession both locally and in central London.

After this time, Chris came back to do what he does best, which is to teach people to drive to the rigorous standards required to pass the modern day test.

There is no substitute for experience, and Chris delivers his instruction in a calm, relaxed manner putting even the most nervous of drivers quickly at ease.
